HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM ?

  1. Repack the item with its tags attached in its original packaging or in a sturdy, waterproof package.
  2. Cover the label with your address with the return label with the following address : PO Box 932, Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Al Maktoum St, Ajman, UAE
  3. Return the package to the post office counter and pick up a proof of mailing. Do not send the package without proof of shipment.
  4. Keep your proof of shipment, you will need it to prove your return.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM ?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a free return service. Returns must be made at your expense. Please return your items using a standard tracking service.
